By availing the repair, upgrade, data recovery, or any other services provided by UTMios (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), you (the "customer") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Services
We provide repair, replacement, upgrade, and data recovery services for Apple devices including MacBook, iMac, iPhone, and iPad using genuine or high-quality compatible parts. All services are subject to diagnostic evaluation. We reserve the right to refuse service if the device is deemed irreparable or unsafe.
2. Warranty
All repairs and replacements come with a 90-day warranty from the date of service completion, covering the repaired part or service against defects in workmanship. The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid exposure post-repair, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. Original Apple warranty (if any) remains unaffected where applicable.
3. Pricing and Payment
Quotes are provided after free diagnostics and are valid for 15 days. Prices may change without notice. Full payment is required upon service completion or delivery. We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, and cards.
4. Doorstep Pickup/Delivery
Doorstep services are available in select areas (primarily Delhi NCR) and may incur additional charges. We are not liable for delays due to logistics partners.
5. Data and Backup
Customers are solely responsible for backing up data before handing over the device. While we take utmost care, we are not liable for any data loss during repair, diagnostics, or data recovery attempts.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for consequential losses, including loss of data, profits, or device downtime. Devices left unclaimed for over 60 days may be disposed of to cover storage costs.
7. Liquid Damage and Complex Repairs
Liquid damage repairs and logic board fixes have no guaranteed success. No-refund policy applies if the device cannot be repaired.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
